Do you have a minimum price range that you build?
No! We build everything from sheds to million dollar homes. We can design and build any project, no matter how big or small. We put the same kind of quality into every project we build – regardless of price.
What styles do you build?
The better question is: What is your style? We can build all styles and we cater to all tastes.
When doing business with us, we work with you to create your style. After all, it’s your home or office!
How do you determine your pricing?
We can either formulate our price using your already designed construction plans or we can design your project from scratch with your budget in mind.
Are your prices competitive and will the work be quality?
We are competitively priced for the area and we take pride in our work. We don't cut corners,
and our work shows it.
Do you offer builder financing?
No, we do not.
Do you have a lot you can sell to us?
Sometimes, just ask! If not, we will offer to help you find the right lot for you and your budget.
It is important to involve the builder in the selection of a lot, so get us involved as soon as possible!
How many and what kinds of subcontractors do you use?
We have contractors in all lines of construction work. We don’t work with contractors unless they
meet our high quality standards, and all contractors we work with carry insurance.
